Bulletin: Use of E-Verify Logo on Your Website - Permission Required

If you use the E-Verify logo on your website, make certain you are authorized to do so.

You can gain permission via this agreement.  From the E-Verify website:

"If you would like to be authorized to use the E-Verify® Logo and Name, download the Guidelines and Licensing Agreement. You must meet certain criteria as prescribed in the Guidelines for using the E-Verify® Trademark."

This post relates to non-notary work.  Most everyone who is a notary has an opinion on this topic and whether completing I9s can be performed by people who are also notaries. This article neither supports nor opposes the completion of I9s by people who also hold notary commissions.
